From the first time we talked to her on the telephone, She has totally impressed us with her professionalism and knowledge in real estate. When we first met with Teresa in St. Louis on January 18th , 1997, we knew we were getting a great agent. The weather was terrible with snow and ice on the ground and there Teresa was with her leg in a cast. We couldn’t believe someone would come that far to help us prepare to obtain housing in Virginia in that condition. She not only answered our concerns and issues but she also had a Chase Manhatten Mortgage Corporation representative there to help us with financing. We signed an exclusive right to represent buyers agreement with Teresa and have never regretted it. Since that January meeting, Teresa has kept in touch with us constantly and was very helpful and accommodating during our house hunting trip and the signing of our contract to build our home in April. We moved to Newport News July 2nd, 1997 and again Teresa has been in constant contact and provided us with information on what to look for as our house was being built and helped during closing walk through of the house. I must add that we have moved three other times in the last six years and have never had the professional service that Teresa has given us from other Realtors. We closed on our new home September 8, 1997 and are very pleased with our new home and are getting settled in hopefully for a long time here.
